How does this work?
You should have received an invitation from casting for a scheduled time to audition via Zoom, Skype, WeAudition, or EcoCast Live first. This service is NOT for sessions that require a tape from us at the end. These are solely for live audition sessions with casting directors.
IMPORTANT: Because casting can be delayed we recommend using the ‘add-on’ option when booking to add additional time to the back end of your session for longer auditions / to accommodate potential casting delays. If you do not book enough time, we will not be able to run over your booked time allotment if casting is severely delayed.
With EcoCast Live, the CD will send you an invitation to audition. We’ll use that to login via our computer at the studio to access your Actors Access profile and EcoCast Live audition. We’ll press ‘Enter Waiting Room’ to finalize camera framing and audio and when we’re all set for you to audition, we’ll press ‘yes’ under ‘Are You Ready to Audition?’ You’ll receive a notification via the panel that you’re ‘On Deck’ once the CD is almost ready to begin your audition session.
With WeAudition, the CD will send you an invitation to audition. We’ll use that to login via our computer at the studio to access your WeAudition profile and audition ticket. We’ll press ‘Enter Waiting Room’ to finalize camera framing and audio and when we’re all set for you to audition, we’ll press ‘yes’ under ‘Are You Ready to Audition?’ You’ll receive a notification via the panel that you’re ‘On Deck’ once the CD is almost ready to begin your audition session.
With Skype, casting will notify you that they’d like you to audition at a set time. We’ll have Skype ready to go, but we will need the Skype number or username of the casting director to begin your session.
With Zoom, casting will notify you that they’d like you to audition at a set time. We’ll have Zoom ready to go, but we will need the Zoom meeting code of the casting director to begin your session.
