      • Cold Reading: we send you materials and you perform a ‘freezing’ cold read, receive a redirect, re-tape with us on Zoom and have footage sent after your session

      • Discuss goals: personal and professional

    • Option 2

      • Submit self-tape (past, present, or a re-tape of the previous week) before your session so we can take time to review and discuss self-taping and audition skills/techniques. Time permitting, re-tape and practice your Zoom or Eco Cast LIVE (it’s a thing now!) skills. Footage sent after your session.

      • Discuss goals: personal and professional

• This Self-Tape Workout is a great opportunity for goal setting and accountability as well as concentrated coachings. Our goal is to be able to send mid-week goal reminders (both personal and professional) as well as monthly in-person salon-style check-in's w/ potential industry guests**
